1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that websites you visit save in your browser. Other browser storage mechanisms, such as session storage or local storage, work in a similar way.

2. What this site uses

We use only the mechanisms needed for the site to work securely and for the service you ask for: the contact form. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The mechanisms in the table are strictly necessary for this service, so they don't require your consent. Legal basis: Article 399(3)(2) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej), which implements Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC); in the UK, paragraph 4 of Schedule A1 to the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.

3. Visit statistics

We don't use statistics scripts in your browser. We see the number of visits in aggregate server statistics from Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Cloudflare creates them when handling requests to the site, without saving anything in your browser.

4. How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the Turnstile script or its cookies will prevent you from sending the contact form. If you block it, you can still email us at kontakt@fastweblab.pl.

5. Contact

This policy covers fastweblab.com. Our Polish website, fastweblab.pl, has its own cookie policy, in Polish.
