Terms

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. General

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using fastweblab.com and the services we provide on it electronically. They are the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną).
  2. The service provider is Kamil Kalicki, a sole trader running a business under the name Usługi Informatyczne Kamil Kalicki (brand: FastWebLab), Tax ID (NIP) 5272857438, ul. Magazynowa 9A/41, 02-652 Warsaw, Poland (“we”). Contact: kontakt@fastweblab.pl.
  3. The service recipient (“you”) is anyone who uses the services described in these Terms, whether a consumer or a business.
  4. These Terms are available free of charge at fastweblab.com/terms/. You can save or print them.

2. Services provided on the site

All services provided on the site are free:

  1. Browsing the site's content.
  2. Contact form: sending us an inquiry, for example about a quote. After sending, you receive a confirmation at the email address you gave.

Paid services (AI-built app review, fixes and care, speed optimization) are for businesses only: companies and individuals acting for purposes of their trade, business, craft or profession, including founders building an app for a business they run or are about to start. We don't provide paid services to consumers, that is, individuals acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. You don't order paid services through the site: we provide them on the basis of an individual quote and a contract concluded by email, under the conditions set out in the quote. Buttons such as “Request this package” open the contact form, which you use to send an inquiry, not an order. Prices on the site are for businesses, in US dollars, and exclude VAT. If VAT applies, we add it to the invoice; for businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies. Prices are for information only and are not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.

3. Technical requirements

  1. A device with internet access and an up-to-date browser (for example Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  2. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form. Your browser must not block this protection; sometimes Turnstile will ask you to tick a box.
  3. To send the form, you need a working email address.

4. Rules of use

  1. You must not provide unlawful content.
  2. Mass or automated sending of inquiries, circumventing limits and security measures, and entering someone else's email address without the owner's consent are prohibited.
  3. The number of inquiries in a short time is limited to protect the service from abuse.
  4. We may temporarily suspend the service, for example due to maintenance, a provider's failure or abuse.

5. Conclusion and termination of contracts

  1. The contract for browsing the site is concluded when you enter the site and ends when you leave it.
  2. The contract for sending an inquiry is concluded when you send the form and ends when the inquiry has been delivered to us and a confirmation has been sent to you.
  3. If you are a consumer, or you run a business as an individual and the contract, although related to that business, falls outside your trade or profession (Article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014), you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, by writing to kontakt@fastweblab.pl. The services described in these Terms are free, so withdrawal costs nothing. You can use the model form in section 10, but you don't have to.

6. Complaints

  1. You can submit a complaint by email to kontakt@fastweblab.pl. Describe the problem, give the date it occurred and an email address for our reply.
  2. We will reply by email within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
  3. Consumers can use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the regional inspectorate of the Trade Inspection in Poland (information in Polish: prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl). Consumers from other EU countries can also get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

7. Security

  1. Using the internet involves risks such as malware, phishing or unwanted messages. Use an up-to-date browser and antivirus software.
  2. The site works only over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
  3. The contact form never asks for passwords or access credentials. We send messages about the form from kontakt@fastweblab.pl.

8. Personal data

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data, and our Cookie Policy describes the rules for cookies.

9. Final provisions

  1. We may change these Terms for important reasons, for example a change in the law or in our services. We publish the new version on this page with the date of the change. A change doesn't affect services already provided.
  2. These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law doesn't deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually live.
  3. These Terms apply from October 21, 2026.

10. Model withdrawal form

You can use it when you withdraw from a contract for a service under these Terms, or from a contract for a paid service if you have that right (for example, if you run a business as an individual and Article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act applies to you). You don't have to use it: an email stating that you withdraw is enough.
